According to data released June 26 by Standard & Poor (S&P), home sales prices increased 1.3% in April, reversing previous seven months of consecutive home sales price declines. The S&P Indices for its S&P/Case-Shiller1 Home Price Indices, the leading measure of U.S. home prices.
