Mark Your Calendars for the 2006 Modular Housing Factory Tour

The 2006 Modular Housing Factory Tour is set for October 15-17, 2006, in Portland, Maine! During the 2006 National Modular Housing Council’s factory tour you will see first-hand how modular manufacturers use the factory advantage to help you gain the edge. Come see how modular homes are built start to finish, from flooring to walls to ceilings to windows and doors.

The 2006 NMHC Factory Tour will be open to anyone who wants to attend, especially builder/developers, manufacturers, and others who want to learn more about the modular housing industry.

This year’s tour will feature: Oxford Homes, KBS Building Systems, Keiser Homes, and New England Homes.

We would also like to thank the companies who have committed as a 2006 sponsor: Dal-Tile, Land/Home Financial Service Inc., Owens Corning, Propane Education & Research Council, Residential Warranty Corporation, Senco Products, Stanley-Bostitch, and Style Crest Products

• Learn what your responsibilities are as a builder/developer from a site-planning perspective.
