The National Modular Housing Council annual Modular Housing Factory Tour is scheduled for November 4-6, 2007 in Charlotte, NC. As in the past three years, the NMHC Modular Housing Factory Tour will feature four modular factories over two days. Marketed primarily to builders/developers, the tour is intended to introduce them to the modular housing industry, and demonstrate how the modular construction process can be used to benefit their businesses. The NMHC also hopes to hold another pre-tour workshop on modular housing, which will educate attendees about this fascinating industry and its impact on the construction marketplace.
